Welcome, Bienvenido, Willkommen, Bienvenue!

Welcome to the official inauguration of JDiData-blog.com!  Whoopee! Yeah! I’m all fired up!  Where’s the champagne?

After many months of painfully, unyielding, intensely hard work I am so excited about this new endeavor. (OK so it wasn’t that difficult) However think back 20 years ago, do you remember lotus? How about the 10×10 computer screens we were starring at they were either a black or green screen and or green or white font.  How fun was that!  And if we ever want to reminisce about the cell phones all we have to do is carry a brick around and the memories will flow freely.  Although, now that I mentioned it, we could drop the phone off of a 5 story building and the phone would still work.  Astounding!

So to me it’s astonishing that the technology we now have is only a fingertip away. (OK again, maybe 10 fingertips away) Nevertheless, a wealth of information, communication, networking, commentary and discussion is on a 24/7 basis.  No barricades!

Let us not forget that we can use this tool as a brilliant networking and marketing tool.  The old days of standing around at a network social distributing our business cards are few and far between.  With the power of the internet it allows all of us to pass out hundreds of business cards in a matter of minutes.  As Anthony J. D’Angelo once said “In life, it is not what you know or who you know that counts – it is both!”

So with that said let’s give it the old college try!  Talk to me!  We have the ability to forge our companies into Fortune 500’s, solve the world’s problems, down to what flea shampoo you use on your dog. (This can really be important at a time like this due to the fact that my dogs do have fleas.)

INVITING intellectuals, Einstein thinkers, humanitarians and superstars it’s time for the bull session chatter to commence launch!

What a great place to point out all the good things our city had to offer ( such as hurricanes, sharks, heatstroke, sunburn and TONS of people with ugly feet in sandals ) especially to our out of town friends. Whenever I am new in town, the most important thing to find out is.. where can i get good food? So I think a few restaurant reviews from ” the locals ” is definitely in order! I will be blogging on and off about my favorite restaurants in Ft Lauderdale( no James, not Dennys, not that there is anything wrong with Dennys ) so stay tuned for Ina’s restaurant reviews…and don’t blame me if your pants dont fit anymore.

    Hello Christine and James,

Congratulations! Do post regularly and often. Looking forward to them.

    Rgds, Subash.

  • Christine:

    We are up and running.

  • We are very excited about our blog as most blogs are business oriented, as will ours be to some extent, but hopefully it will be a little less formal, or considerably informal, depending on how Christine controls the mood swings, speaking of Christine, this will be the reason for the success of the blog as she has done a fine job preparing it so far. Please jump in and give her a hand as it will not work without your help.

  • Subash:

Looking forward to see the completed site soon.
